Hallie, a Golden Retriever, brings us our 2008 Sauvignon Blanc from the Grassini Family Vineyards in the Santa Ynez AVA.  This wine is bright and crisp and has notes of melon, white peach and apple flavor, perfect for a warm summer night. 

Like last year's Grassini Sauvignon Blanc, there is a highlights of crisp melon, white peach and apple flavors.  The natural acidity of the grapes was preserved and is well balanced.  Our wine from this Santa Ynez vineyard is incredibly bright and fresh with lifted crisp Sauvignon tree fruit aromas.
